The main objective of China Mirror Web News is to enhance media cooperation between Sri Lanka and China while informing the people of both countries about various fields including social and cultural affairs, economy, politics, sports, science, and new innovations.

The Association for Sri Lanka-China Social and Cultural Cooperation (ASLCSCC) is a non-governmental organization established in 1997. It is dedicated to promoting people-to-people friendships, fostering mutual understanding, and strengthening bilateral social and cultural ties between Sri Lanka and China.
